Brothers of Metal – Fimbulvinter

Brothers of Metal are set to release their new album ‘Fimbulvinter’ on November 1st, under AFM Records. You can preorder the album here.

Brothers of Metal have made a mark on the global metal scene with their blend of catchy and powerful songs, combined with striking Norse-inspired attire and weaponry. Following the success of their previous albums ‘Prophecy Of Ragnarök’ (2017) and ‘Emblas Saga’ (2020), the Swedish band is now gearing up for the release of ‘Fimbulvinter’.

The upcoming album promises to showcase the band’s evolution as songwriters, offering a mix of familiar elements and new depths. Guitarist Dawid Grahn and singer Ylva Eriksson took the lead in crafting most of the songs, with contributions from other band members. The album title, ‘Fimbulvinter‘, draws inspiration from Norse mythology, symbolizing a period of darkness and foreboding.

Recorded at Massiv Musik’s Studio in Sweden, ‘Fimbulvinter’ stays true to the band’s Nordic roots, both musically and visually. Fans can catch Brothers of Metal live on their European tour starting November 1, 2024.

Don’t miss Brothers of Metal at 02 Academy Islington, London, on November 20th.
