DEAD POSEY Releases Debut Album ‘Are You In A Cult?’ and Focus Track ‘Dark Side’

Los Angeles alt-rock duo DEAD POSEY has finally unveiled their highly anticipated debut album, ‘Are You In A Cult?’. The album delves into themes of false idols, corrupt figures, manipulative influencers, and biased media. Alongside the album release, the band has also dropped the focus track ‘Darkside’.

‘Darkside’ stands out on the album with its enchanting melodies and romantic undertones, painting a vivid picture of misfit characters seeking refuge from a world that misunderstands them. The band draws from influences like Jim Jarmusch’s ‘Only Lovers Left Alive’ to craft a narrative that hints at the supernatural.

The album title, ‘Are You In A Cult?’, reflects the band’s observations of societal trends where individuals are swayed by charismatic leaders or ideologies to their detriment. DEAD POSEY aims to empower listeners by prompting them to question their own beliefs and choices.
