Liverpool horror punk band Zombina and The Skeletones have unleashed their latest album, ‘The Call of Zombina,’ on 9×9 Records. The album is now available on CD, vinyl, and digital formats, with a limited edition box set already sold out.
To mark the album release, the band has dropped a video for their newest single, ‘Don’t Kick My Coffin,’ which can be streamed on various platforms. Additionally, they treated fans to a full live stream concert titled ‘Live and Under A Hearse,’ now available on YouTube.
After a decade-long hiatus, Zombina and The Skeletones are back just in time for Halloween with their first full-length album in ten years. The band recorded ‘The Call of Zombina’ in a spooky old church in Liverpool, capturing a unique atmosphere for their music.
‘The Call of Zombina’ blends Hammer Horror melodrama with punk and goth-rock roots, featuring new drummer “All Hallow’s” Eve Barnes. Each track on the album tells a self-contained story, reminiscent of classic horror anthologies like ‘The House That Dripped Blood.’
