Red Method ft Anti-Clone, Wolves Don’t Sleep and Frame The Hero At The Old Cold Store Nottingham 31-1-2025

Mangata Music Presents at The Old Cold Store in Nottingham, London metal band Red Method with support coming from NÜ-INDUSTRIAL NOISE Anti-Clone, Metalcore band Wolves Don’t Sleep and Nottingham’s own metal band Frame The Hero.

Frame The Hero

Frame The Hero the 4 peace metal band from East Midlands. With a slight line up change from when I had originally seen them with Shadow Smile back in April of 2024. They were a fantastic warm up for Red Method this evening, performing their singles ?Paper Chains?, ?Ignorance? and, ?Seconds I waste? getting the audience to clap and bang their heads along to the music. The growth of Frame The Hero in a year shows the talent they have as a band while still growing with being a fairly new band of only a few years. I could eventually see them opening a stage at Bloodstock festival.

Wolves Don?t Sleep

Dressed in all black with the lead singer Steev on stage with blood dripping from his mouth. The Six Piece Metalcore band from Nottingham kick off their set with such incredible talent. Their set is a carefully crafted piece of artwork with each of them perfectly placed in their roles on stage.

Wolves Don’t Sleep gets the crowd interactive holding up their phone touches and lighter during ?Fears & Fractures?. And the heavy set is filled with headbanging, They aren’t just here to play music they are here to have fun.  ?Love always wins? is sung back by the crowd for the ending song with full passion and strength by the band with every head bopping in the audience it’s a strong and fantastic set.

Anti-Clone

The Nu Industrial Noise band from Lincoln of the evening, Anti-Clone captures the crowd. The four piece puts a tight spell around the audience almost intransting them with a sentatual set. They play loud and timed perfectly together. Like a perfectly crafted dance they cover ?Army Of Me?. The craft of their music is just spot on getting cheers they play an older one off their ep called ?Take This Pills? giving the audience a taste of everything they have to offer. Unfortunately due to playing way too hard and smashing their set a malfunctioned happened which cut there set short but I can’t wait to get back out and see Anti-Clone again soon!

Red Method

Before we get into their set review the pre-stage line check comedy is just gold. They have fun with their fans and it shows how much there fans care about Red Method, They are a band on a mission but still are big kids at heart.

Red method the Metal/rock band kicking off the set the 6 piece band from London squeeze on to the stage starting with ?Cycle Of Violence? Capture the Crowd’s attention from second they start performing, Red Method play a strong fantastic set it. Each of the 6 members have their own unique personalities’ while performing that fit so perfect together. They don’t only just play on the stage but getting down and in to the crowd and bring the performance all around the venue.

There sound throughout the entire show was just on point with the set just flowing by (even with a bit of slow dancing with members of from with the audience). “Counting Corpses”, “Messiah” and “Slaves” filled up the setlist. Having never heard Red Method before tonight the band performed such an incredible and strong set that I just want to go back and see them again! Everything was so perfectly time and just a fun, time flying set. Red Method take time between there songs to thank Fans, The Noise Cartel and press for being present at the show. You wouldn’t have thought lead front man J. Sangre was ill as his astonishing vocals shined through the entire set!
