After celebrating their 30th anniversary with a European tour last year, Japanese experimental metal pioneers SIGH are back on the continent for another round of intense performances. Earlier this year, they hit the stage in Finland, and now they?re set to return for a shorter, yet no less impactful, summer tour across the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Belgium.
This tour holds particular significance for UK fans, as it marks SIGH?s first extensive UK tour since 1995, when they toured with Primordial and Hecate Enthroned. While the band has made sporadic appearances in the UK over the years, this time they?ve lined up four special shows, including a highly anticipated set at the ArcTanGent Festival.
Following their UK dates, SIGH will take the stage at Complexity Festival in Haarlem, Netherlands, and wrap things up in Ghent, Belgium at Asgaard.In a recent social media post, SIGH teased that they?ll be performing some rare and possibly never-before-played tracks during this tour.
And in true SIGH fashion, if conditions allow, fans can expect a theatrical show filled with fire and blood.
