Our 5 favorite metal albums of January!

As the year begins, we've decided to post our 5 favorite albums of each month here, and in January I, André Alonso, was responsible for choosing the ones I liked the most, with short comments, here's the list:

Lucifer ? V

V as the name implies, the fifth album from the band that never makes a mistake, you can bet that if there is a Lucifer album this year, it will be on the best of the year lists, maintaining the quality of previous albums, the band led by the duo Johanna Sadonis and Nicke Andersson will certainly be on several best of the year lists in December.

Master ? Saints Dispelled

The fourteenth album by the American band from Chicago, brutal, heavy, aggressive, a delight for the ears, demonstrates what a great time they are having, suitable for lovers of top quality extreme metal.

Dead Fish ? Labirinto da Memoria

After the excellent Ponto Cego of 2019, the fathers of Brazilian hardcore once again hit the nail on the head, and demonstrate how much the band is going through a fantastic moment, a fundamental album to start the year with great melodies, slamming and precise lyrics as always, go fuck yourself Dead Fish !!!!

Infant Island- Obsidian Wreath

The fourth album by the surprising North American band, which presents an incredible blackgaze screamo that sounds like a meeting in the corner of the soundtracks of The Chainsaw Massacre and Interstellar. Listen and you won't regret it.

Sangue de Bode ? Eu sou a Derrota

Third album by the cariocas who are consolidating themselves as one of the most prominent bands in Brazilian extreme metal, chaos, porrada and satan done in an exquisite way, look it up and thank me later!
