Driven by a collective love for impactful and engaging music that combines striking rhythms with catchy melodies and immersive atmospheres, the quintet formed by Leprous drummer Baard Kolstad, keyboardist Nicolay Tangen Svennæs (Ihsahn, Bernhoft, Emilie Nicolas), vocalist Geirmund Hansen, guitarist Petter Hallaråker and bassist Gunn-Hilde Erstad, embarked on a journey to create music that explored the boundaries of progressive metal and ventured into uncharted territory. With each member bringing their unique talents and perspectives to the table, the band promises to push the boundaries of their art even further, inviting listeners to join them on this journey.

?Independentemente de todos os sinais de alerta ao nosso redor, a humanidade continua destruindo os recursos da Terra. Parece que não nos importamos com o amanhã, desde que nossas decisões beneficiem o hoje. ?Don?t Look Up? também é uma história sobre como nosso desejo por glória pessoal pode destruir nossas relações com os outros e com o mundo exterior.?
A banda comenta sobre o vídeo: ?O videoclipe de ?Don?t Look Up? é uma abordagem satírica sobre a dependência de telas na sociedade atual. Também é possível interpretar o tema em um sentido mais amplo, destacando que muitas vezes temos dificuldade em enxergar o quadro geral quando nos concentramos apenas no que está bem na nossa frente. O que acontece com nossa identidade quando uma verdade objetiva não existe mais? Uma grande parte do vídeo foi gravada no local onde Edvard Munch se inspirou para sua pintura ?O Grito?.?
