AI Buddy and Me 2

Today our journey and search through the world of music will take us to Austria! Let's talk about the band Ai Buddy and Me!!!

As I like to point out, good bands often return to Junkbox Metal, and Ai Buddy and Me is yet another example of this! If you haven't read anything about the band, check out what we've already said about them below:

As the name itself makes clear, AI buddy is a mix between a real musical project and the advent of Artificial Intelligence, thus creating this band that manages to deliver songs full of life and that manage to escape the dreaded pure artificial intelligence bands, thus demonstrating excellent musical maturity and an excellent ability to deliver a sound that moves very well between symphonic metal and melodic metal, something that we can see in bands like Epica, Nightwish and others!

I'll start by talking about the band's songs and give you a short introduction. We had the opportunity to listen to some of the band's songs, among which I would like to highlight the songs from the album Eliria, which we listened to in its entirety and leave below some impressions of the songs from the album:

Let's start with Fight, a song that starts off very intense, fast and full of energy! An introduction that I can say perfectly matches its title. That epic tone and intense riffs, combined with choirs, set the tone that will be imprinted throughout the album:

Sour Victory, on the other hand, begins subtly like a symphony that builds up after a battle and starts with an opening statement that tells the story of the battle victory and all the adventure that we are hearing through the songs! This song already has a more impactful and lively intensity and melody!

Seeds of Rebellion kicks off in a dramatic, intense and heavy way! With a dark atmosphere and an apotheotic storyline, the song is much more raw, aggressive and melodic at the same time - an excellent song!

Behind the Veil is a song that starts off on a higher note, with more hope, intensity and tenacity! The story continues and the adventure remains captivating and very well produced! The tone of adventure and progression is something that enchants and the choirs manage to imprint this tone of the hero's journey even more!

Echoes of Dystopia here is the opening song, the beginning of this metal opera that manages to present very well the tone that will be followed by the songs on the album, a very interesting work, full of moments that recall bands like Avantasia, Ayreon, Allan Lande and other great bands! Here we have a great start that manages to hold the listener's attention!

Talk it Out, Work It Out is that track that presents a dramatic song, which manages to give the tone of tragedy and urgency of the work, here we have a song that manages to recall great plays and deliver a song that knows how to work the weight, the intensity, the grandeur and the instrumental and vocal work:
