?Get It Off My Chest? é construída em cima de um riff arrebatador e angular, em um pano de fundo de rock pesado que lembra tanto Alter Bridge quanto Flyleaf, com um toque saudável de In This Moment. Uma história verdadeira de erros cometidos ao tentar evitar uma situação traumática, as letras de Marisa são profundamente pessoais e brutalmente honestas.

The video portrays the growth and strength that can be found on the other side of a seemingly bad experience. It also encapsulates, for the first time, that Marisa is able to embrace her body, her sexuality and her feminine strength.
