Nothisera - We're (Slaves of) One (Another)

It's always good to talk about bands that have been around the block, we only talk about bands that we like, and when it's a band from Portugal the privilege only increases because of the affection we have for the metal scene in this small country. It's amazing how many incredible bands we find around every corner in the vast underground that is the Portuguese metal scene. And the Portuguese band Nothisera is living proof of this, they have just released their second single called ?We're (Slaves of) One (Another)? which is part of the EP Edicius I released in August 2023.

Formed last year in the marvelous city of Porto, Portugal, the quintet has a wide-ranging sound, managing to travel exquisitely through various styles and influences in the EP's four tracks, which last around 21 minutes. Mixing death metal, deathcore and progressive music very well, the Portuguese band inserts huge doses of mordernity and their own identity, which is a very complex thing to do on your first album, a very positive point for Nothisera! It's worth saving the band on your radar, we'll certainly be hearing a lot about them very soon.

The EP is available on the main digital platforms.
