BLOODYWOOD new song “Nu Delhi” and UK+EU Tour announcement

Rising Indian folk metal sensation BLOODYWOOD has officially joined forces with Fearless Records, marking their return with the release of ‘Nu Delhi’, their latest single following the 2022 album Rakshak. The band has also unveiled plans for their upcoming ‘Return of the Singh’ tour across Europe and the UK.

‘Nu Delhi’ is now available for streaming via Fearless Records. The track pays tribute to their hometown, New Delhi, blending Punjabi and English lyrics with traditional instruments like the flute and dhol against a backdrop of powerful metal music.

In a statement about the new single, BLOODYWOOD expressed, “‘Nu Delhi’ is our homage to the vibrant chaos of New Delhi, the city that shaped us and where our dreams took flight. It’s a city of contrasts, full of love yet quick to keep you in check. More than just a city, it’s a strategic game of chess.

Regarding their partnership with Fearless Records, the band shared, “While we’ve always been fiercely independent, achieving success with _Rakshak on our terms, we are now eager for the next chapter. We sought a label that shares our passion and dedication to our music, and we found that in Fearless Records. We are thrilled to kick off this collaboration with the release of our new single from the upcoming album._”

The mammoth RETURN OF THE SINGH tour will span 26 dates, taking BLOODYWOOD across Europe from Italy to Scandinavia, Poland to the UK. The band is excited to return to Europe and the UK, expressing their gratitude for the unwavering support they have received.

Full tour dates are as follows:

  • 21.02.25 – Amager Bio, Copenhagen, Denmark
  • 23.02.25 – John Dee, Oslo, Norway
  • 24.02.25 – Debaser, Stockholm, Sweden
  • 25.02.25 – Plan B, Malmo, Sweden
  • And more…
