Rock im Park
Rock im Park was founded in 1997 as the sister festival to Rock am Ring. It has seen huge numbers of attendees yearly since it first started. In 2012, a record 76,000 guests attended the festival. Rock im Park is located at the Zeppelinfield in Nuremberg, so is based within the city making it quite accessible.
For those who prefer not to camp, there are some affordable hotel options within a short driving distance by taxi or public transport routes. There are also shuttle busses for VIP ticket holders which take fans to and from the festival via the main city.
Everyone has their own MUST SEES for a festival and we all know the feeling of checking the different stages timetables multiple times a day to make sure we don’t miss anyone on our festival bucket list. There’s always some artists who regrettably clash with others you want to see and of course there’s always the compromising with friends, here’s the ones I’m not willing to compromise for this year:
Spiritbox always put on an incredible live performance. Courtney La Plante; the female lead vocalist has such unique stage presence and vocals. Spiritbox makes music that is heavy while deep at the same time. They have released a new album this year titled “Tsunami Sea” it’s a versatile and extremely well executed album and they’re likely to perform new songs from it at this years Rock im Park festival.

Imminence fuses symphonic classical sounds into their metalcore style. This makes for a mesmerising yet heavy performance with lots of twists and turns throughout.
Lorna Shore always bring insane energy and talent to their performances. Will Ramos; the lead singer has some of the best vocals ever known to deathcore. Their symphonic sounding style is extremely rare and their live performances are always guaranteed to give you chills; while hearing the most guttural of screams alongside beautiful melodies and heavy breakdowns for the most complex sounds.

Bring Me the Horizon play one of their limited festival performances this Summer at Rock im Park and we hope to hear some of the “Post Human: NeX GEn” songs played live for the first time here. We’re also hopeful for a live performance of their cover of “WONDERWALL” which would be idyllic for a festival feel.
Thrown‘s live performances are always super heavy and so much fun. They’re gritty, raw and electrified and guaranteed to inspire you to move and mosh if you feel inclined to get into the pit.
I see stars have such beautiful melodic ranges and sound really unique. Their performances are always very well thought out and emotionally delivered. They bring a lot of energy and thought-provoking lyrics, which are guaranteed to have you captivated throughout.
A Day to Remember released their new album this year, “Big Ole Album Vol.1“, and we’re sure we will hear their new songs performed live here first! This is creating huge excitement, and they always know how to put on such a good show. we hope to see inflatable beach balls floating through the air for this one!
Sleep Token recently released their new album “Even in Arcadia”. They always put on an extreme and haunting performance, which has so many layers to it. Their sets are always hardcore and have multiple combinations of emotional elements to them. We’re excited to hear the new songs live at Rock im Park this year.
Electric Callboy performs this year with a unique DJ set to keep u hyped up for the duration of the weekend!
House of Protection‘s live sets are known to go hard with the chaotic energy they create seemingly effortlessly.
Poppy has had a huge year with her own original style of performance as well as collaborating with “Knocked Loose” and “BABYMETAL” She is definitely one to not be missed this year and is guaranteed to bring a hugely unique performance.
2025’s Rock im Park boasts a huge lineup which is extremely varied and definitely has must-sees for everyone who is a fan of the scene.
