Northern Dirtbags co-headline tour with Rituals and Waterlines ft Veiled at Hyde Park Book Club Leeds 18.04.2025

It’s the second round of the Northern Dirtbags tour, and co-headliners Rituals and Waterlines are taking over the Hyde Park Book Club in Leeds. With support from Leeds metal band Veiled, it’s going to be a show to remember!

Veiled

Opening tonight’s show is Veiled, who draws in the crowd from the moment they start their dark and mysterious set. Their strong sound fills the room, getting the crowd warmed up for the headline acts! Starting the show with ‘Forgive Me’, their soul-capturing sound just doesn’t miss a moment. Getting the crowd to open up with pits and move along to ‘HellBound’, ‘Asphyxiate’ and ‘Root’. You can see the passion that Veiled have for performing live, and each time you see them their you notice something a little new about them that you hadn’t seen before, making each live show exciting and soul-capturing. Veiled is just an unstoppable entity who are just gonna keep growing! They were an amazing opener for this evening’s live show!

Kicking off their set with ‘Sinister’, the audience goes crazy for it, bouncing and screaming back the lyrics. Their high-energy energy powerful sound is just so filling and gets the room moving! Covering Ultrabeat’s ‘Pretty Green Eyes’, which opens up the pits and gets the crowd singing along. Rituals just have pure talent with Ewan’s guitar solo’s which are just pure incredible talent, alongside the strong vocals from Lewis, just give Rituals that sound that just keeps wanting you to go back for more and more! I lost count of the number of times Rituals had mosh pits during their set, but after the 4 time one opens, you end up losing count as you get drawn into the show! Rituals are just going to be that band which keeps on growing and is going to go far!
