Tonight Hard Rock Band South Of Salem brings their The Death Of The Party Uk Tour to sold out show to The Key Club in Leeds. With tour supports In Search Of Sun and High Parasite ft Arron Stainthorpe (My Dying Bride).
Up first is alternative rock band from Harrow, North West London, In Search Of Sun! The five piece just squeeze onto tonights tight stage, But with the crowd flowing in for the early nights start they have already captured themselves a big welcome for this evenings set. In Search Of Sun where very active with in the crowd and looking at the reactions from fans while moving around you can see they are a very loved band! Tonights set list included “Mega Piranha”, “Contagious”, and “rhythm”.

Next up we have High Parasite. Having discovered High Parasite last year with Cradle Of Filth in Nottingham, I was excited to see them on tonight’s line up again and they smashed their show once again! The 5 piece death pop band come out to “Parasite” with Arron Stainthorpe vocals just absolutely on-point with his ease of changing his vocal range to suit every part of the song. The groove industrial doom sound that this band has just works so well live with its raw and unique sounds. High Parasite are just such an amazing live band which you can see them sliding in to Bloodstock festival stage this year. Other songs from the set included “Wasn’t Human”, And “Forever We Burn”.

The Headliners of this evening all the way from Bournemouth are hard rock band, South Of Salem. Having released their brand new album Death Of The Party back in 2024, They are here and ready to party! Kicking of their set with “Let Us Prey” Lead Vocalist Joey vocals boom over The Key Club venue there fun and here for a good time vibes get the crowd up and moving. Not even halfway through the first song Kodi, Denis, and Dee join up together for a mini bass/guitar playing moment showing the true passion these guys have for performing. latest single of the darken South Of Salem cover of Savage Gardens “To The Moon & Back” which they have put such an amazing spin on to make it flow so well into their set tonight.
South Of Salem performed the entirety of Death Of The Party in full which really did give the evening a nice flow to hear every track with fans going wild for the set! Clapping and singing along to every note being played. Having even watched a quick snippet side of stage of drummer James performing you can see the passion and the love they have for the Death Of The Party Album and for all of their fans!
