Veiled, SECT Album Release Show The Lending Room Leeds 26-10-2024

The calling of the SECT has begun. As the followers descends upon a small corner of Leeds tonight Veiled are performing The Hometown Gavering II: Second Coming as part of the album release of SECT. Supporting Veiled this evening is Northern Deathcore Steel Mage, Sheffield’s Deathcore Fracture and Newcastle Metal band Rituals, For this extra special home town show.

Steel Mage

The Northern Deathcore band Steel Mage kicks off their high-energy set with such strong, clean, rough growls, kicking, head banging, and missing a beat that the dark mystery keeps in them throughout the evening show. Strong, powerful vocals and perfectly timed notes make Steel Mage a strong opening act for the evening.


Fracture


Up next is Fracture The four piece deathcore from sheffield, their sound gets the audience warmed up and moving around. They are here to have fun and play hard and heavy getting the audience to move along within time having the audience.



Rituals

Kicking up the storm as main support this evening is Newcastle metal band Rituals. The lead singer lewis switches his vocals up beautifully between songs creating a heavy and creative melody. The unique and special elements of Rituals bring their fans moving and banging their heads along to the music.The playful nature of Rituals combined with a passion for what they do really shows through their music!



Veiled

The calling of the Sect has begun. Kicking off the dark storytelling album is we are given advance warning of flashing lights and Veiled take to the stage with a video screen walking us through West Yorkshire police news announcement of the mystery which is about to unravel. We reach the beguin of our show and the pure talent veiled have put into there show is just spectacular. Everything just flows together so flawlessly and you can see time and care they have taken to prepare for this evening. From the Vocals, To the guitars, Drums and bass just flows in to one entracing element which captures you in and holds you tight throughout the set.

The set is based around the newest album SECT and perfectly time videos and clips are presented to us giving us a true connection to the album and stage show that is being presented of us. Visuals that tie us in and keeps the audience hooked throughout the show. Circle pits and head banging along to the perfectly daunting sounds which are being show to us the audience is taking in every second of the show. Time both feels like a standstill and flying buy within Veiled set capturing you under a trance leaving you wanting more.

Having played Download Festival Dog House stage earlier this year and having an incredible album release show I can’t wait to see Veiled continue on the Path being laid out in front of them.
