This isn’t something you can buy, but is just another way BOA is giving back to the most dedicated metalheads out there. Don’t worry about if you miss out this year though, because this is set to be an annual tradition! Keep an eye on your inbox.
On top of that, Bloodstock is proud to name The Sophie Lancaster Foundation and Metal For Good as its official charity partners for 2025. The Sophie Lancaster Foundation has been a part of Bloodstock since 2009 when the second stage was renamed in Sophie’s memory. They are an integral part of the weekend, with each night’s end being anchored by the sponsored tent, as well as S.O.P.H.I.E. Merch becoming one of the most hot ticket items in recent years. Their “Weirdo/Mosher/Freak” line has been a consistent sell out piece that you can usually see peopls sporting in the festival grounds, as well as it croppin gup more and more at shows around the country.
The festival is proud to welcome Metal For Good as one of its official charity partners. Metal For Good channels the passion and values of rock, metal, and alternative subcultures to create real change in communities. By providing grants to grassroots groups and projects, Metal For Good helps fund life-changing initiatives that tackle inequality, improve wellbeing, and offer opportunities for those who need them most.
Katy Baker of MFG shared her excitement in a statement reading: “Metal For Good are absolutely delighted to become one of Bloodstock’s charity partners for 2025. Bloodstock has become such an important annual event for the metal community, and this year’s festival is set to be one to remember. We already know that the Bloodstock community cares greatly about the transformative power of music, and we are excited to get the chance to share our story, and raise funds for incredible community projects using music for good!”
Both charities will be onsite throughout the festival, so be sure to swing by their stands, show some support, and grab some merch to help their amazing work.
And if you’re looking for another way to contribute, the CD & T-Shirt Amnesty is back! It’s time to raid your collection for band shirts and CDs in good condition that you no longer need. Drop them off at the INFORMATION tent in the main arena, then head to the SIGNING TENT from 10am-12pm (Friday to Sunday) to pick up a pre-loved bargain. Every penny raised goes straight to The Sophie Lancaster Foundation and Metal For Good, helping them continue their essential work. Whether you’re giving, grabbing, or both, it’s a killer way to support two causes that truly matter.
With all this and more in store, BLOODSTOCK 2025 is shaping up to be one for the books. Stay locked in for further announcements. you never know what’s coming next!
