Fender Musical Instruments Corporation (FMIC) has just announced the exciting release of the Limited Edition Mark Hoppus Jaguar® Bass. This signature bass, identical to the one Mark Hoppus rocks on stage with blink-182, promises to deliver his iconic tone with precision.
Mark Hoppus himself expressed his enthusiasm for this bass, highlighting its unique features that contribute to its exceptional sound quality.
Mark Hoppus, a founding member of blink-182, has left an indelible mark on the music scene with his distinctive bass-playing style. Fender’s collaboration with Hoppus dates back to 2002, and this new release continues the legacy of their successful partnership.
The Mark Hoppus Jaguar® Bass boasts a rock-solid alder body, a custom “C” profile maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard. The bass is equipped with a Seymour Duncan® Quarter Pound™ split-coil P Bass® pickup and a HiMass™ Vintage bridge for stellar tone and intonation. This limited edition release is available in traditional 3-colour Sunburst or Sea Foam Green finishes.
Fender’s Artist Signature Series celebrates iconic musicians by creating instruments that reflect their unique styles. The Limited Edition Mark Hoppus Jaguar® Bass is a testament to Hoppus’s influence on the music world and offers fans the opportunity to own a piece of his musical legacy.
