Imperial Triumphant release new album Goldstar and a video for ‘Gomorrah Nouveaux’
With the release of their new album Goldstar, the masked avant-garde death metal trio Imperial Triumphant have put out a new video for the track Gomorrah Nouveaux. Directed by Brendan McGowan, the video complements the experimental yet abrasive sound of the track, with a unique high contrast presentation and twenties themes.
Regarding the new album, Goldstar, Imperial Triumphant comment: “Goldstar is alchemy in sound—turning discord into something radiant, something beyond us. This album captures the tension between grandeur and collapse, channeling the energy of a world in flux. It’s meant for those who seek not just to listen, but to be transformed.”
Imperial Triumphant will be touring the UK and Europe this autumn, supporting Igorrr. Fans worldwide can expect a gilded mask-lift when Imperial Triumphant returns to the stage; new masks and an upgraded show will be part of their live experience with Goldstar and beyond.
