Only a week to go before Stoomfest, London’s youngest desert doom festival, opens its doors, and we have our timetable, just in time to plan an epic weekend at The Garage.
Luckily for us, there won’t be any need to run between venues or sacrifice seeing bands due to overlaps, as the linear schedule should allow for easy listening and appreciation of all bands. Friday is especially working-London friendly, with doors opening at 5:30pm before Flamebearer takes the stage, with Mars Red Sky headlining later in the night.
Saturday, bright and early, the day starts at 2pm with Circus Cannon and the biggest sets of the festival, with the likes of Monkey3, Wyatt E and of course GAUPA fuzzing our ears off. Sunday tickets are already sold out and with good reason, with headliner Sleeping Mountain and a packed afternoon of heavy grungy doom.
