Those Damn Crows are flying high. The Welsh rock heroes have officially stormed to the #1 spot in the UK Top 40 Midweek Album Chart with their brand new record God Shaped Hole. The band have managed to beat out international superstars like Sabrina Carpenter to the podium, and they are not slowing down any time soon. This is not their first chart success after reaching No. 14 in 2020 and No. 3 in 2023, but now they’ve secured the top spot.
The Bridgend band dropped their fourth album via Earache Records on April 11th. To coincide with their chart accolade, this is Hu far their best album to date. Speaking about their chart success, the band said:
“We have a real chance at a number one album. Is it possible? All we know is that the rock community and our fans put us here. We keep pushing, we never give up. No surrender.”
