Alt artist RØRY has shared a brand new video for her latest single ‘WOLVES’, a deeply personal track, exploring the raw intensity of grief and loss. The track appears on her critically acclaimed UK Top 10 debut album, RESTORATION. Which is out now via SADCØRE Records.
“‘WOLVES’ is the most desperate song I’ve ever written. It’s about grief—the kind that grips you in its teeth and doesn’t let go. I lost my mum to cancer, and this song is my way of saying there is literally nothing I wouldn’t do to have her back, even for a second. Including throwing away my own life.”
RØRY has shared some of her thoughts on the making of ‘WOLVES’.
“Filming with real wolves was pretty terrifying, but it had to be done! So there I am, trying to keep my cool… and then I get the news that my debut album RESTORATION hit the UK Top 10! Safe to say, there was a lot of freaking out that day… not one I’ll forget in a hurry!”
‘WOLVES’ is the final single release from RESTORATION, following previous singles ‘One Drink Away’, ‘SORRY I’M LATE’, ‘In The Bible’, ‘Blossom’, and ‘MORALITY $UICIDE’.
As RØRY turns 40, she’s not only just celebrating a milestone, she’s breaking records and rewriting the rulebook! With her debut album RESTORATION landing an Official Top 10 spot in the UK charts, a massive achievement for an independent UK rock artist, RØRY is proving that raw talent, grit and an incredibly loyal fanbase can defy industry norms. Music Week hailed it as “what’s likely to be one of the most impressive chart results of 2025.” Since the release of her debut EP Good Die Young in 2022, RØRY has amassed over 30 million streams, built a fan base of over 1 million and sold out two UK tours. Backed by heavyweights like Kerrang!, Rock Sound, and BBC Radio 1, RØRY is proving that authenticity and raw relatability resonate on a massive scale.
As the leader of the #37Club, RØRY is determined to make recovery as iconic as the tragic #27Club. She writes for those who’ve been told they’re too old, too broken or too late to chase their dreams. Her explosive sets at Download and Slam Dunk 2024 left a huge impression! Now, with her biggest UK tour to date about to sell out, where RØRY will be performing in iconic venues like London’s Kentish Town Forum she is set to make history once again. With many shows already sold out and the rest on low ticket warnings, this tour promises to be a huge moment for both RØRY and her fans. Full list of tour dates below:
