Lake Malice releases remix of Blossom by Bobby Wolfgang

Brighton-based alt.metal duo Lake Malice, influenced by hyper-pop, have today released Bobby Wolfgang's remix of "Blossom". The track is an eclectic DnB re-imagining of the band's first release. Bobby Wolfgang injects his punk, hardcore and jungle influences to create a new version of the fan favorite. Alice Guala and Blake Cornwall from Lake Malice say: "We've always wanted to work with Bobby - they put a lot of attention to detail into their production. When we got the first mix, we knew we needed to include it in our live set, so we've been playing it during our UK shows this month to give fans an early taste." The original track is part of the debut EP "Post-Genesis", released last year by SO Recordings.

In addition, Lake Malice have announced a tour with German band Blackout Problems across the UK and Europe in October/November. This tour follows a successful debut UK tour and several festival appearances throughout 2023. They have shared the stage with bands such as As Everything Unfolds, Bloodywood, Skindred, Vukovi, Vended and Enter Shikari, as well as captivating audiences at festivals such as The Great Escape, Download, Misery Loves Company and 2000trees, where Kerrang! proclaimed that they "have no right to be so hot so soon".

With their recent single "Eternal December", Lake Malice were featured in Metal Hammer's Tracks of The Week and the Kerrang! Chart, as well as being played on BBC Radio 1 Introducing Rock, Future Alternative and Kerrang! Radio Fresh Blood.
